As a bear collector this was great. Instead of a sapphire for the wedding anniversary this was a good second.

Easy to assemble

All as described. Does not take up much space.
Sharpens knives and scissors very easily. The slots 1 & 2 could be defined more on the front of the machine. The numbers blend into the plastic and are not very clear.
