This is THE product for sensitive, irritated skin rashes.

It is not only a particularly good moisturiser but it really does soothe and treat Eczema or similar irritated skin that no other product seems to do. I have used it for years and find it always works.. My only criticism on value is it can be purchased if you are in the USA for about half the price.
