LK150 knitting machine - is it worth it? Not really.
This machine is incredibly clunky compared to standard gauge metal engineered (still great after 40+ yrs) knitting machines. The lk150 cast on comb has evil spikes that even an experienced knitter gets flawed regularly. The knitting is quick and even, once you get started - but that is the problem! Cast on is difficult, open or closed, and the finish is loose. With 6.5mms gap between needles there are very few accessories, no garter bar, tools very scarce. No better for beginners than the second hand market.

Sponge bar replacement
Works well, easy to assemble. Much cheaper than new sponge bar.
