  The item was dispatched by the vendor but never delivered by EVRI. The vendor refunded my payment immediately when she knew what had happened and was perfect in every respect so I felt very sad the she lost out so undeservedly. Equally, I had really wanted the item, so in that respect I also lost out. Sadly, I had similar strife with EVRI when an item I purchased was delivered to a wrong address that I had to track down myself the next day, and I fortunately found my parcel still on its doorstep
