This is terrible - slow to recharge and no auto shut-off
The instructions are quite clear - do not leave this charger unattended, since it will not auto-shutoff.
The instructions then say to time the recharge yourself, at 45 mins per 100mAh.
That makes the recharging time for a 3500 mAh battery over 26 hours.
Are they suggesting that I sit beside my battery for 26 hours ?
And no, you can't switch it off overnight and start again in the morning. The instructions are quite clear on that also.
And how is it taking over a day to recharge a battery ? Other chargers do the same job in 4 hours, and have auto shut-off.
I had very good service from the supplier - it's just the product that is unusable. I had no idea when I pressed "Buy now".

Superb large budgie cage; 5 budgies
This is a beautiful product; well designed and well manufactured with attention to details. I use it without the stand (on a suitable table). "It does what it says on the tin", but it does it with style. I am very, very pleased to have purchased it.
My budgies felt at home immediately ! True. They went in voluntarily. I wasn't expecting that.
The sliding doors to remove the 4 feeding (or water) trays work remarkably well; it is, quite simply, well made.
Note that it is "quite interesting" to assemble; I needed 2 people; one to hold and not talk, and the other to fetch the next bolt and curse a little, but easily done with patience. It took us 90 minutes.
Yes, I recommend.

It's a good kettle.
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a kettle - it boils water ! I like being able to instantly see how much water is in there. The blue light brightens up the morning.
The plastic lid is a little plasticky and cheap-feeling.
The switch is in a good position, on top. It's away from the water, and the handle grip, and the work-surface (so no accidental switching on by putting a pan too close).
I'm still a little unsure how strong the glass is, but I assume it's pretty rugged.
I hope it lasts several years, I expect that from a kettle.
It has a small footprint, so uses less space on the worktop.
At £19, it's good value for money. If it didn't last at least 3 years, I would be annoyed at it, but so far it's fine.
