Overall weak
Not pleasant to handle with the buttons and temperature dial in a awkward position, resulting in me turning off the tongs or reducing the heat mid styling.
The tongs do not hold my hair firmly resulting in weak curls. Yes jumbo tongs produce loose curls, but holding/ gripping onto my hair is so weak, I can't hold my hair in the tongs long enough to get a decent curl.
I've had 2 jumbo Toni and guy tongs in the past, unhappy with them breaking on me every 2 years but happy on the result of my curls. However, I'm unhappy with these tongs on first use from the performance.
I can't afford to fork out on new ones just yet, but already keen to buy a new replacement pair from first use.
