Great features for newer carpets!
I have a carpet that's held up since 1977, but of course has gotten thinner with all the vacuuming and steam cleaning over these years.(Can't afford a new carpet right now). I love the suction and cleaning part, but with this older carpet the cleaning brushes are the only way to get a forward momentum. Without the brushes turning, it's hard to push over the surface of the carpet cause there aren't any wheels to let it smoothly glide, like my current Hoover vacuum. I love it except for this last reason. I use my older vacuum more cause it's easier to push over the carpet. Guess it this one would be better on smooth wood type floors than carpet in my opinion and I'm sorry I can't really use it like I really want to!
