  Item not as described. Described as like new when the book has clearly been used heavily, torn from the top left and the back. Not a happy customer. Also, I ve asked the seller to send it by 1st class instead of 2nd (£2.15) and I pay the difference, the seller sent it by 1st class special delivery costing me £11.15 so had to pay £9 difference. Very unhappy and disappointed
