  Apologies for late delivery, the reason -the Royal Mail did not collect on Friday as booked. On Saturday their website stated they had to be rebooked. Still not collected on Saturday, their website said it had to be rebooked as there was no one at the house. There was - all day. Monday, no post for the 3rd day no collection either.i complained, had to rebook again for Tuesday. This time my usual postman came with 4 days post and with a collect note. Told him story, he was off sick, no cover.
