Refuses to refund purchase cost for returned item
0 of 1 found this helpful I ordered this item in error. I contacted the seller the next day and he told me to just return it for refund. I returned it the next day but he never refunded my payment. I have contacted him several times since and he later said that I should "send us a refund request through ebay". I contacted Ebay and was told that there is no such thing as a rebate request.
I apologize for the extra work I have caused him but I want my money back since I returned the item and he originally agreed to refund my money.
