I hope you send me what I bought from you, which by the way the ad said $6.00 and $6.00 shipping or best offer. Turns out he “accepted” my offer of $4.50 and went up to $9.00 for shipping. In short, it was a total deception and lacked the truth. I hope you resolve it as soon as possible

So happy I picked this mop.
Love, love, love it! So much easier than a regular mop. I loved it so much, I did the whole house. It really got my floors spotless! It swivels sideways, allowing you to clean around tables, corners etc. I ran it down my A/C intake vent and it steam cleaned that also. I have 3 furry friends and one husband that spills coffee every morning. So after my floors were done, I hand washed the mop cloth, put it back on and steam cleaned the spilled coffee from the front of the dishwasher! I plan on ordering extra mop heads, 1 to clean the front of the appliances, and I think it will work to clean my patio doors and lanai glass doors. I found that you really can use it for many chores. It also makes a great cat toy, as the cat really enjoyed chasing it!
