For my special needs, this works!
I take this product "Dramamine" for sleep & to dry up chronic post nasal drip.
This product "Driminate" works just as well.

Pleasantly Lightweight Also.
For all of the reasons you listed at the outset of this questionnaire.
Oh! One thing to add: it is comfortably light weight. It is easy for me to carry it from living room to kitchen.
I do that in order to Mute horrible commercials while in the kitchen & can click it against the living room wall when the commercial is over & listen to my show.

I take 1-2 spaced apart at bedtime to help with sleep.
It is relaxing & pleasant without causing drowsiness (which would be okay, due to chronic insomnia).
