Cagle excels at Cagle-ing
A dying artform in this digital age when newspapers and print media are quickly disappearing. Mr. Cagle seems to value his own work very highly; including much of it where other, lesser-known cartoonists might have been included for their efforts. despite his self-indulgence, the book is loaded with exceptional, if too-similar content by artists seemingly all cut from the same cloth.
I would buy it again, just to support them.

Very much worth the time to read it.
A wonderful cross-section of talent and statements. Enjoyable in every respect. Take your time and really feast on what these people have created.
