  I love them, wrapped very thoughtfully, but zero communication which I found very frustrating as I work shifts and like to know roughly when parcels are arriving but it was like I was messaging a wall and was quick enough to refuse my cancellation request as I didn’t like to be kept hanging But I am thrilled with them all, I am glad Royal Mail was superfast as was 48 service and they delivered within 24 hours

  I received a message from this seller saying how nasty the above feedback is, and he hopes karma won’t strike me and to enjoy the two free gifts with my purchase (over £400) price tag Iv paid for “one free gift Pom Pom keyring” I dint think I was ever nasty I sent two messages asking when they were being sent out, paid straight away etc how is this nasty, shame as I would’ve bought from them again but not nice at all

  The most gorgeous little bear - just exquisite and wonderfully detailed. Packed with care in a good strong box and was delivered very quickly.
