Not True to Size
I ordered this pair of boots in size nine medium which is the size I have worn all my adult life. These boots were too small. They are of good quality, well-made, but you will need to order a larger size than usual if you expect to wear them.

Great Content and Structure
In addition to providing great Sunday-sized puzzles, the structure of the book itself is the best I've ever seen for crossword puzzles.

Ravenmasters Never "Master" Ravens
Skaife is a Yeoman Warder of the Tower of London and Ravenmaster. Legend requires that there be a minimum of six ravens at the Tower. If they leave the Tower, which was begun by William the Conqueror in the 1070s, it will crumble into dust and great harm will befall the kingdom.
Yeoman Warders must have a minimum of 22 years of unblemished military service. Skaife, who has 24, had been one for about six months when the Ravenmaster at that time told him he thought the ravens would like him and thrust him into an enclosure with two ravens. Since the ravens are the best judges of character, their acceptance was all it took for Skaife to become a Ravenmaster's assistant.
The book is structured around a routine day (and ravens require routine) with the ravens, with many asides about their physical characteristics, intelligence, escapades, history at the Tower, folklore, etc.
As would be expected of someone who must lead three one-hour tours at the Tower of London daily, Skaife is a great storyteller.
