66fit Shoulder Exercise Pulley

It easily fits on to a door and enables you to stretch the shoulder capsule, ligaments and rotator cuff with the control required post surgery. I had trouble lowering my arm after stretching at max extension and this little device allowed me to lower the arm passively via the other arm. It is a reliable, essential part of my rehab now.
