No good for mugs or similar height
1 of 1 found this helpful Great, useful item but only for making cups of tea/coffee etc. As it is unable to fill a mug of anything larger than a cup due to the height of the mug etc. When you tilt the Jug/Kettle it does not fill the mug/Jug etc. You don't want to be boiling a full kettle for one/two mugs!

Sorry, not for me with Arthritic Hands/fingers
It seemed o.k. put poor quality for people with arthitic hands/fingers as they keep falling apart. The black section the stays on the plus is not strong enough to stay fitted
