  I bought a printer. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to making a horrible noise. We both believe the problem was caused during transport although the item waspacked very well. I genuinely believe it was working very well when sold as described. The item looked like new and was clean. The seller exhausted all the support mechanisms, tests, and advice one could possibly do to rectify the problem. I highly recommend this seller and would anytime buy again.
