The wide variety of speeds and modes means the user can achieve a comfortable atmosphere in the home, any adjustments easily made via the remote control hand-set.

Powerful enough to cope with a large living area and quiet enough for the bedroom - it is light enough to move around.
I like the smart colour scheme of silver & black - very contemporary - this is a stylish addition to my newly furnished apartment.

Prompt delivery appreciated. Slight dissappointment overall
1 of 2 found this helpful I've had a Shiatsu massager cushion for many years but wanted something specifically aimed at the neck/shoulder area. I was surprised to see on receipt that this is much bigger and bulkier than I would have expected - to get the positioning right does take a bit of practice, but of course the arm loops allow the user to exert as much or as little pressure as needed.
The biggest fault is the short length of cable - only 1.5m (60"), which should be at least 3m.
in my opinion.
The experience of relaxing in a comfy chair, enjoying the massage is lost if you don't have an electric socket nearby, but have to resort to a stool pushed into a corner of the room, just to plug in to the power supply.
Perhaps an extension cable could be made available? If so I'd give 5 stars.
