Lovely
Gorgeous stunning and unique bracelet, so much better than the high street jewellery you can choose from. I have another one that I bought a few years ago and it’s still as good now as it was when purchased

Brilliant
This book is easy to understand has easy to follow recipes and it’s so easy to prepare these delicious meals. For a long time I’ve been saying ‘you are what you eat’ and at last there is a book that concurs. I think relevant health professionals should take this on board and encourage people to eat this way. It won’t suit avid meat eaters but there are ways to incorporate some lean meats into some recipes.
