Works mostly. But keep an eye on it and have a backup.

Works... mostly. Got this for a Go Pro Session 5. Took it on vacation for a week. Toward the end started to see some odd behavior (request for card format), so switched to a smaller spare card. All videos that I did record appear to have been recorded OK, but at times the load time was slow when recording and I got a BUSY message. Noticed that Go Pro app on Macbook misreports size of this card as something like 134GB when it is only capable of 128. So I think this is more of an issue with GoPro acceptance of large cards. If I had it to do again, I'd probably get two 64 GB card instead.

Outstanding, though one small thing could make it perfect.

Great item! Worked immediately for the intended purpose of connecting an HDMI camera and a composite device that I built. I can now bring those signals into OBS! Only thing I thought was odd it that there is no button to change video source from on the Blackmagic device. You have to use the provided applet. Not a huge deal, but a simple button to scroll through the source would have made this perfect.
