Factory 7 Round Recommended
This really does allow a more confident grip. No, my pinky still doesn't fit on the front and my fingers are not thick. However, the little finger still grips toward the back of the mag extension while skipping underneath the front strap. Makes the gun look better and point better. Although it's one more round that you could also get with a Magguts +1 in the stock 6 round, it is still worth it for the primary or back up mag.
Will be easier to pull from an appendix carry, fits PERFECT in the Uncle Mikes "smartphone" belt holster but might stand a little proud in a Sticky holster in the pocket of light weight pants.
Hesitated to buy this but now don't remember why.

Made well enough
1 of 1 found this helpful These blades spin well and do the job. Threads are a little tighter that what we had before so it's hard to fully tighten and then hard to loosen after the job is done.
Other quality aspects seem to be good.

This grip is what you've been hoping for without knowing it.
Well designed and works as advertised.
Add comfort, good updated looks and excellent magazine release to your Makarov.
There never has been a better upgrade available for the "PM".
