Too Complicated
1 of 1 found this helpful While the Clarity C4230 is a good product for someone who has a hearing problem, it may be too complicated for someone who is a older, a technophobe or has eye problems as the type for the various features is difficult to read on both the LCD and the phone itself (labeling). It would be a good idea for Clarity to produce a phone with a limited feature set that addresses volume/clarity only in a VERY simple way. Also, there should be a way to adjust the TONE as some people have problems with low frequencies and others high frequencies. But all-in-all, it is a good product.

Great product that clearly keeps getting better in newer generations.
I have many other Apple products and while all gadgets can, from time to time, be frustrating, the 1st generation iPad is a surprisingly glitch-free product. Very intuitive.
