  The item was thoroughly packaged and only when unwrapped did I and then the seller, know that the fur part of the hood was missing, and that the coat had a fur hood was the main reason for the purchase. The seller immediately offered a full refund which was paid promptly once the item was returned. Sad not to have the coat, but I cannot fault the way the seller dealt with the issue, so thank you.
