    Arrived late and parts were missing. Only the combs arrived. The flea guide and flea papers were missing, only the covers arrived and the package was sealed! I tried contacting the seller to explain what arrived and they said I had to cancel my refund request to get a refund for the items that didn't arrive. This is untrue and Ebay advised me not to cancel the refund request. The seller then said take it to Ebay and they'll hold my funds. Safe to say I won't be shopping with this seller again!

    Buyer, left negative feedback for no reason we asked the buyer to send the item back are and close the open the request so we can process the refund they do not do so and want the item for free. Thanks

    Didn't send the box, just the tube and the information leaflet in a plastic bag with a note trying to solicit 5 star feedback. So for no reason the seller removed the product from the packaging with their fingers that had presumably just been up their nose, before sending it to me. And tried to instruct me concerning my feedback. I give feedback when I feel like it, and not before.
