The HP Color Lasar Jet 2000n printer has not worked since the time it was set up. The error message that is projected on the printer is "door open," but the door is not open. The printer may have been damaged during shipping. One edge of the box that it came in was pushed in from one corner to another. It looks as if it may have been dropped.
