Keeping Fit and well
I play wheelchair tennis and I wanted some assistance in my off court exercise plan and felt this was a good way to keep my upper body and arms stimulated. As a wheelchair user it is important to keep as fit upper body wise as possible for both everyday living and recreational/sport activities, so far so good.

My new Astra GTC has a two colour tone Matt black spokes with more silver edging. Works great on minor scuffs.

Great for the bedroom
I wanted a sound system to go with my recently bought tv for the bedroom to enjoy film, music and sport with a better richer sound than the standard tv speaker system. This sound bar offers great sound effects with the subwoofer speaker and blue tooth connection to another device if desired. The only thing I have noticed is that with the optical cable connection to the subwoofer you have to on occasions unplug the sound bar and subwoofer and reconnect (pair) device as the connection between the two can drop out, but other than that it is good value and great listening.
