Dr langer 16 strain for stomach issues

I've been taking these on and off for years (forget to reorder). I will not stop taking them now (complacency) as I realise they stop my ibs and gerd. I recommend to balance the stomach flora very good for stressed stomach.

Brilliant probiotic for gerd

I have been taking this Pro biotic for a little under two months and this is my second purchase. Within a week my gerd went and heart burn. I'm more regular now and ibs is less annoying. I will keep buying and taking this pro biotic as it has pre biotics (fos and trace minerals) too.

Zebra finch flight toy ☺

Absolutely a joy to watch my zebra finches landing on this springy tassly rotating toy. If enough land then they love to hear the bell at the bottom. They love the fact there's a spring layer above them to tug at. Playing with tassel too avoids bordom and alleviates feather plucking. Best toy I've purchased so far took them a day or so to investigate but now their favourite toy ☺.
