Easier than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful Having lived with a number plate lamp warning for a couple of months, I tracked it down to a poor connection where the cables pass from the car body to the tailgate. The original wiring had gone brittle and failed with the constant flexing. This kit gives enough cable to make off the connections and then feed the splices back into the body and tailgate. The cables are silicone insulated, so much more flexible than the original. There are no instructions, simply a colour matching chart. If you need instructions, you probably shouldn't be doing it yourself without guidance..
