Cancelled order
I ordered this item, and straight away realised that I had made a mistake. I messaged the supplier as soon as I realised my mistake, in order to cancel the order. They said that it was too late. In my opinion, that was not good enough; they knew straight away that I had made a mistake, but refused to cancel the order, or to reimburse me. Not a happy customer.

Map book purchase.
Great to have a map book for an up-coming trip to Spain and Portugal. It has enough detail to plan routes, and once we are at one of our destinations, we will use our phones to determine precise directions.

Breathalyser
Arrived quickly. Not used it, but glad to have it as I understand that it is recommended for when traveling in France. Unable to comment on the quality of the item
