    This person got a great deal and 3 days latter refused to pay because the shipping was two high then ghosted me, so I asked him if he wanted me to cancel and he said yes, as a seller you have to deal with people, and some are not easy to deal with.

TAI CHI
This is a blend of kickboxing and Tai Chi. The Tai Chi is excellent for balance core training that almost anyone can do. Now some of the kickboxing moves are a bit difficult.Especially if your starting from scratch. If you have bad knees this will hurt, but its good for the knees if you are able to strengthen them. Personally its a nice workout --great one for the collection. if your new to video workouts its like movies need more than a few so you don't get bored. Have A GREAT WORKOUT!!
