We Would Have Played for Nothing
A very interesting look into baseball players in the 50's and 60's. If you grew up in this era, it is a must read. It brought back a lot of memories. I have become pretty much disgusted with professional sports because of all the money grabbing prima donnas that have ruined sports, (especially baseball) in the past three decades. These gentlemen that wrote of the way they played the game should be required reading by all current players!
