Chose collection through ebay at check out - seller posted despite having already contacted them expressing a desire to collect. When the item arrived - sellers picture was not accurate so taps were not as expected. Seller was apologetic and offered a small discount if I were to keep the taps. The buying experience was not as straight forward as hoped but neither was it as bad as some I have had on ebay.
