minor hiccups, but excellent
I upgraded from the Harmony One and it went pretty well but I had to restore defaults ti get all the buttons to work. Had issues with the guide, DVR and info buttons not working the uverse initially but I sorted it out. It was"t as straightforward or intuitive as I had hoped, but easier to upgrade than starting from ground zero. The remote emitters have 2.5 mm plugs, not 3.5 mm so adding emitters was a pain.
