Also, there was a handwritten note included in the box telling me the shoes were defective (satin stained on heel), not what you want when you've ordered what you think is a perfect item! And clearly they knew what they were doing to put the note in! Really bad overall experience, did get refund eventually but would not recommend. Honesty is the best policy, if you're selling a defective item, put it in the description at least and let people choose.
