Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High, Second Edition , P

It’s a good read

The first 10 chapters are for two parties who are willing to communicate. The last chapter is for difficult communicators. I definitely learned some skills, I started to think about the advice from this book when I’m talking to people. It is a good book, I’m planning to read it for a couple more times.
