WALL MOUNTED ADJUSTABLE IRON CHIN UP PUSH UP PULL UP X-Max BAR CROSS FIT K-SPORT
20 Nov, 2017
Solidly built pull/chin up equipment.
This thing looks bombproof. I've read reviews complaining of the welding/finish but I have no complaints with mine. The adjustability is great for me as the only space I had for mounting it was over a wall radiator. Out at full extension I have sufficient room to train. One important point to note is... be very careful with the supplied bolts. During mounting, the head on one of mine sheared off, leaving the thread buried in the wall with no hope of retrieval. I've had to leave it and trust the remaining nine bolts are sufficient to hold the thing up. It might be worth using stronger bolts to mount it with. Were it not for this I'd have given this item a 5-star, excellent rating.
Fiamma Drip Stop 300cm Anti Rain Rail Caravan Motorhome Self Adhesive Strip
22 Oct, 2018
Waste of money - DO NOT BUY!
I read a few reviews before buying this. One mentioned the strip arriving coiled and, when fitted, it peeled away from the vehicle as the rubber had developed a memory and wanted to stay coiled. Despite this review I took a gamble and bought the 300cm strip. The length was way more than I needed but I figured I would have a margin for any cutting errors. The strip arrived coiled to such a degree that the aluminium insert strip was broken in multiple places. At each break the metal edges had curled up slightly. I did not want any of these flaws against the bodywork of my vehicle in case they damaged the paintwork or made the strip bulge out or peel away from the bodywork. I had to cut away and discard nearly half the entire length because of this. Luckily I only required 150cm for my purposes. I then laid the remainder out flat/uncoiled and weighted down on the floor in my house for a month, in the hope that the rubber would stay flat come fitting time. I rigorously cleaned the vehicle bodywork (well above and beyond Fiamma's recommendations) and fitted the strip according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ambient temperature was within the recommended range and I used a roller to press the strip down firmly. Initial results were satisfactory and I believed I'd escaped the dreaded curl of the aforementioned review. Alas, the following day, one edge of the strip had lifted away from the vehicle. If the strip had been shipped flat I believe this product would have worked perfectly. However it would appear coiling the strips causes them to want to stay that way. For this reason I cannot recommend this product. On the contrary, I actively discourage anyone else from wasting their time and money on it.

Bill Hook Newton Pattern Billhook Traditional Hand Tool 8" Blade Hedging Tool
22 Jul, 2016
Poorly executed product
I already own a lovely vintage billhook but bought one of these for my wife who is undertaking a Forest School leader qualification. Comparing this with my own billhook, the Morris is appalling quality. The blade was supplied blunt and the spine was lumpy. The thing looked like it had been bludgeoned out of an old bit of iron. There was no evidence of craftsmanship in shaping the metal. Also the handle had not been attached in line with the blade; when you gripped the handle the blade was angled out to the side. I had to take a bastard file to the blade to smooth off the back and a wood file to the handle to re-profile it so things lined up. I then had to sharpen the blade so it was actually usable. Ironically this cost me more than the beautifully crafted vintage billhook I already own. The two are incomparable and if Morris is anything to go buy, the skills of the blacksmith have diminished severely. I would strongly advise against buying one of these lumps of metal and wood and instead invest in a vintage billhook from the likes of Elwell. The latter is vastly superior.
