Quality tape!

I never knew there was such a thing as a Class 1 tape measure until looking for a decent one to compare with a laser measure. The PR5ME is really well put together, with very fine attention to detail. Ok, so it's not exactly a bargain, but still well worth the money!

Good value laser pointer

Decent little laser / torch, but I wish people would stop labelling this sort of thing as "professional". If it could stand being run over by a truck or a nuclear strike, then sure, but not at this price point! ;-) Recommended anyway!

Very well made and accurate

Beautiful Japanese craftsmanship that doesn't cost the earth, and also very accurate as it turns out! Checked on a set of Grade 1 gauge blocks, and right up to the full 25mm it's spot on- confirmed by what is on the enclosed calibration certificate. These Mitutoyo micrometers also have 0.5mm markers on the scale, which is very useful. The only thing I'm not sold on is the 1970's prosthetic limb coloured plastic case, but otherwise highly recommended.
