It's a nightmare to use the remote, even...

It's a nightmare to use the remote, even new battery, I have to press 15-20 in a row, to reach speed of 0.1km/h. Nothing wrong with the remote because each time I press its buttons, the remote send commands to the walking pad, emitting red light through remote's LED. The walking pad is the problem because takes command from remote after one time per 15-20 remote's buttons pressed.
