Good budget laptop but doesn't run bundled Vista well
3 of 3 found this helpful In its base spec (Celeron M) it is a commendable laptop with a good battery life (2 hours) and a bright screen. Won't run bundled Vista Home Basic very well but if you have a license for Windows XP it soars. HP Bloatware slows it down and nags you alot to register this that and the other but you get this from most mainstream companies nowadays (e.g. Dell Packard Bell etc). It won't set the world on fire but fine for internet and general office-type work. I would recommend getting a RAM upgrade to take it up to 1.5GB (£13 from crucial.com/uk). I picked a brand new one up for £155 - absolute bargain!
