  My only negative feedback ever. I had to fly to my daughter abroad due to a medical emergency and left my camping stuff on sale to my younger sister to dispatch. She mixed up the tent and rain collector and win breaker poles because in all fairness they're all green fabric with similar looking poles. Refunds were made. Orders were corrected with everyone else. And they would have been with you too had you given me the opportunity. If you want a refund return the item. It was a mistake not scam!
