Wonderful discription of the glens
As a native of Co Antrim, I find this a truely authentic discription of this area, including many expressions , presumably of Ulster-Scots origin eg yellow yourlin (yellowhammer) It is illustrated by the most beautiful pictures, drawn by Roy Gaston,
This book brings back wonderful childhood memories of the countryside where I grew up (Ballymena ) and many visits to the Glens
