Easy product made hard to use

I have bought two of these and returned two ! No more, first was blocked by roxi for non payment of account by previous owner and they wouldn't unblock it. Second had a totally flat microphone battery unable to charge. Account set up was also an arduous task and in my opinion not value for money.
