Haynes Supermarine Spitfire Owners Manual

This is quite a good book but there are a lack of detail photographs. In this respect it is nothing like as good as the Hawker Hurricane Owners Manual by the same publisher. If you just want to look at Spitfires on the ground or in the air, there are many books that do it better.

Meng Model 1/32 Fokker Dr.1 Triplane

This is a very good model kit and is easily up to the standard of Wingnut Wings models. Rumour has it that it was originally intended to be a WNW model. Who knows? There are multiple parts and the kit allows you to build one of three versions. Some of the parts may find their way onto other makers kits. The injection mounding on my example was very good with minimal flash and no obvious sink marks or distortion. Definitely a five star product.
