Dvd case was in good shape, but the disc...
Dvd case was in good shape, but the disc itself was all scuffed up. After cleaning the disc with toothpaste, it played well and i was able to watch the whole movie without a glitch.

A good fun show, but not for all ages.
This was an excellent show, with a lot of fun sexual innuendo. Overall it was kind of an updated version of Laverne and Shirley, just not as repressed. The two main characters had such a good rappaport that it was obvious they truly enjoyed each others company. It is a shame that with this installment it is the last/final season of this show.
I look forward to other things from these two fine producers.

Doug Storer's Amazing But True
This book is actually a repackaging of Doug Storer's Amazing But True book released back in the 50's.
Doug has written many books in this series after his initial book came out, and with each new subject he addresses: be it stamps, royalty, animals, etc. He tells little known and interesting facts about each listing within the subject matter.
Many of these little tidbits are first hand accounts because he was a well traveled man, while others were compiled with thorough research at the library.
Fans of Ripleys Believe It Or Not will enjoy these books because they are within the genre but go a little deeper than the standard Ripleys cartoon.
For all those interested in all of the strange and unusual that our planet and our history have to offer it can be found in Doug Storer's series of books. I just wish he had written more of them.
