  Seller requested additional $13.81 for shipping, despite us having already paid the stated shipping fee of $13.81. Seller sent a PayPal request for the extra shipping charge without prior discussion, either before the purchase or before shipping the item. Upon arrival, I noticed that the glasses were poorly packed, with only a single packing peanut included- gave me a hearty chuckle. The condition of the glasses: the prints are heavily stained with brown substance. Disappointed.

  I contacted the buyer for additional postage as I had to use a larger box and additional shipping materials to ensure her pitcher and glasses arrived safely to her home. I would hope this customer would revise their feedback to a positive score as the purchase price was below market value and there was no damage to her items. If the customer doesn't revise her feedback I would not I recommend her to anyone. The result of my hard work: a negative impact on my feedback score.
