Too soft.
This is way too soft to have any scrubbing effect. Useless for that purpose.

Anatomic fit a la Birkenstock.
Good shoes for my wide feet. If you are familiar with/wear Birkenstocks and need a pair of sneakers/jogging shoes I can recommend Altra. They are also comfortable and lightweight. Not water-resistant, though, at least not this model. Small in size; I wear euro 42 in Birk and 42,5 in other brands (us 9), and needed 44 (us 10) in these.
