Quick, easy meal

Ideal for my busy lifestyle and as part of my calorie controlled diet.

It got my immune blood count up. Now have the up and go feeling back.
I received a letter from my doctor to say that my blood test showed low cell's that fight infections. I had the blood test as I lost my energy and kept getting infections. Since drinking one of these sachets a day, my immune system has increased and I have more energy every day. my get up and go feeling is back. Not had an infection for awhile now (tough wood).
These are really a nice flavour and pleasant to drink every morning. Dissolves quickly, a quick stir and its ready to drink.
Will be stocking up with these again soon. They have a long use by date on them.
