Power, Power, Power
I bought this to go with my new large scale layout and this is my first time using MRC product, but I should have got this in the very beginning. It is very easy to use and provide plenty of power for my new layout which I will expand again at a later date.

1 of 1 found this helpful Waited for a good rain storm to come through before writing this review and I got two great rain storms. The lock is expose to the elements with no shielding for the rain. The lock worked great in the rain and after the rain. Ordered this lock to replace my Schlage Keyless Entry lock that I had for more than five years. The lock came setup for a left hinged door, so I had to change the handles from a left hinged door to a right hinged door. To do that you have to take out one screw on the back plate then switch the handle over and replace the screw and for the front plate take out four screws then the three screws that holds the front handle then switch the handle over then replace the three handle screws then replace the four front plate screws. After drilling a hole in the door for the front plate I found out the three long screws that came with the lock were too short and would not work. So I purchase some M4 - .7X35MM (a little longer than 1-1/4 inches) from Home Depot to install the lock. I did setup all the codes and cards in a spreadsheet first then setup them up on the lock before installation. The setup of the codes and cards was very easy. There was really nothing difficult about setting up the codes or cards and the manual is self explanatory. If you find the manual somewhat difficult then I would suggest that you go to YouTube and watch a video on the S200MF lock which is the same lock just looks a little different. The wife and I both have keys, codes and cards while my sister and niece only have codes for now. I will be ordering some more cards, tags or wristbands for the lock.
UPDATE: Ordered some Mifare Classic 1K tags and wristbands to use with the lock. Shipment should arrive either this month or first part of May. Love tech where I don't have to use keys or codes to enter a house. Hopefully in five years I will replace the lock with one that does keys, codes, cards and biometrics.
