A Fine Tool....!
For the price, this Adler hatchet is a fine tool. While the steel isn't quite as refined as a hatchet costing 5 or 6 times the price, it is nevertheless a quality item. The steel readily took and held a very sharp, workable edge. The weight of the head and overall balance in the hand really is excellent. If you want a fairly inexpensive hatchet that will perform well in the field, this is the one!

A nice, thick shave gel!
A little of this goes a long way. I have tried several other shave gels, but they are mostly watery by comparison. This one is also basically clear, so you can precision shave. This is an excellent product!
